Couldn’t be happier. Started right up! Plastics fit a bit snug with the new high pressure line on top of the tank but they still fit with no modifications.
The pump wouldn’t turn on after hooked up. I tested everything and Finally pulled the Pump out of the tank. Found the wires were on the wrong prongs. I swapped them and pump kicked on. Seems like something that should’ve been tested and caught.
Works great, instalation was easy. Much better setup than the factory fuel supply system. Could use a little more work with the fitment. Fuel pump electrical connector interferes with the plastic tank cover and the fuel hose does the same but not really noticeable just worried about longevity with the plastic tank cover pushing on the fuel hose and electrical connector. Time will tell, all and all im very happy with the upgrade so far.
My bikes sat for a few years and I was not looking forward to cleaning out the old fuel system or buying all new parts. I found your tank online and your fuel tank was an awesome upgrade to the OEM fuel system. Easy install and my bike runs like new. Highly recommend your tank!
