SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Most products are shipped with FedEx 2 day, all other products are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)
WARRANTY
Our parts are covered under a 30-day warranty in case of receiving the part damaged, factory defect, or lost in mail ( does not include if the tracking number shows delivered to the address provided ). Incorrect installation/wear and tear will not be covered by the warranty. Shipping for parts returned and replacement part is at buyers expense. Please DO NOT alter, modify, remove, change or swap out internal or external parts as this will void the warranty. Please contact us regarding the warranty before sending the part back.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
WE WILL ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY ITEM(S) SOLD WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. BE AWARE THAT RETURNING ITEMS WHICH HAVE MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS MAY PROLONG THE RETURN PROCESS. ALL PARTS MUST BE IN A CLEAN, NEW, UNUSED CONDITION (NO OIL, SCRATCHES, MARKS OR MISSING PARTS) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. ALL REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AND IN THE SAME MANNER PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED.
